A new free festival for families and wooden boat enthusiasts is being launched at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard Boathouse 4 on August 5, 6 and 7. Festival hours are 10:00hrs to 17:30hrs. The Tree Wardens will have a stand in The Porters Garden.  |
